Jerrel Armstrong

Jerrel Armstrong is a co-founder and managing partner of Willow Creek Credit and has managed distressed debt funds for the last 10 years as principal and managing partner. Prior to co-founding Willow Creek, Jerrel worked in equity capital markets for 13 years, primarily with Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. Jerrel manages Willow Creek’s loan portfolios on a daily basis and focuses on new portfolio acquisitions. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Thunderbird and a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College.

McAndrew Rudisill

McAndrew Rudisill co-founded Willow Creek Credit and serves as a managing partner. He is responsible for managing Willow Creek’s investment origination, risk management and investment structuring. McAndrew has managed public and private equity and structured private debt portfolios for the last 15 years as a principal and managing partner. McAndrew has extensive experience founding, capitalizing and managing businesses in a variety of industries including, time share focused hospitality, sustainable and renewable infrastructure development and natural resources. In 2007, McAndrew founded Pelagic Capital Advisors — a primary investor in Willow Creek — and continues to manage that private pool of capital. McAndrew graduated cum laude from Middlebury College with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

James Muchmore

James Muchmore serves as a partner of Willow Creek and is responsible for overseeing the legal process associated with all of Willow Creek’s investments. James has extensive experience as a general counsel in the timeshare focused hospitality, sustainable and renewable infrastructure development, and natural resources. James was a partner at Husch Blackwell, focused on securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions and the execution of public and private offerings in multiple industries. James also provided counsel to public and private entities regarding corporate governance and board of director matters. James holds a juris doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in government and English from Lafayette College.
